Small details/barely noticeable: Michael's bare feet would progressively gets dirtier the longer Michael walks at the start of the match and when Michael is performing a execution that requires him to stomp or kick, his feet would become scratched or brused depending on the kill animation.

Major details/ highly noticeable:

when a hero or a civilian damages Michael with a sharp object, his hospital gown will get torn showing his skin and wounds underneath, but if it's a blunt objects his outfit will not get torn and just only show blood on his outfit while his skin still bruse.
