Best European country to visit during the holiday season?
I’m 24F, looking to travel solo during late November/early December. It would be for 4-5 days on a smaller (but flexible) budget.
I would prefer to stay in one place during my stay, and my top picks right now are Prague, Budapest, Vienna, or Berlin. I was fortunate enough to study abroad in London back in college, so I’ve already traveled to England, Scotland, Ireland, France, and Italy.
I’m looking for somewhere that’s decently easy to navigate, safe for solo female travel, and has plenty of things to do and see! I love art & design, so I’d love to see museums, cool architecture—basically anything with a good view.
I also enjoy nightlife. I don’t plan on going out much, but it’d be nice to visit somewhere with an active younger scene to meet people.
Since this will also be closer to the holiday season, I’m also interested in festive stuff like seasonal markets, light displays, etc.
I’m just interested if anyone has had good experiences in any of these places, I’m open to any suggestions!
