Restoring deleted posts after account reactivated/unlocked

I have faced a similar (but not quite identical) issue to this fellow Redditor, whose previous posts/comments were all deleted after their account was temporarily locked (and subsequently restored).

I'm posting in the hope that a concrete process/resolution pathway can be posted here for others who are in the same spot as me to follow. To describe what happened in my case:

• My account was temporarily locked by Reddit for security reasons, as I'd accessed my account from a different location than I usually do. An in-app notification from Reddit advised that I needed to change my password via my registered email (which I did).
• After two weeks, my account was still locked, and I lodged an appeal through Reddit. The security lock was subsequently removed, and my account reinstated.
• When my account was reinstated, all of my previous posts and comments were deleted (red trash can marked next to them).

I have tried using the appeal form again, but as my account is neither restricted nor suspended, I am unable to use this form.

Not that it's any great loss to the world that my past posts/comments have been deleted but is there a way for them to be reinstated, for posterity's sake?
