Activities, Jobs, and Mini-games

Do you guys think the extended look will show a lot more activities, jobs, and mini-games than what we've seen so far? What Rockstar has shown in the trailers and official screenshots feels way too barebones.

​I'm really hoping for arcade games, bowling, darts, tennis, air hockey, paramedic missions, firefighter, trucking, house robberies, standard businesses, empire building, and so much more.
