Is it just mine iPhone 11 that is outrageously bloated with iOS and system data?

I’ve had this iPhone for around 7-8 years now that have 64 gb and have recently runned into the problem of iOS and system data taking more data then all my apps combined (even when I have pretty much deleted every unessesary app on my phone and have the bare minimum, if even that) and I don’t know if that’s something unique to my phone or if it’s something that happens to everyone and how to fix it.
It’s a big problem cuz i can’t get into mincrosoft teams without updating my phone iOS which I can’t do cuz of the space iOS and system hogs (it legit takes up half the memory on my phone) which is really frustrating to see cuz my phone works perfectly fine otherwise and Im pretty much forced to get a new phone (which won’t be apple) if i can’t find a way to debloat it or expand the memory somehow.
