What formats do you play locally with your clubs?

I'm here to see what formats people play in amateur club matches. I play limited overs 30 a side(T30) at mine, with 5 over powerplay. What formats do you guys play?

(if you play t30 too, i'd like to know what a good target rate is to score at. I feel batting like 40/50 over is too slow, and batting like 20 over is getting yourself out.)
