When will the r!nging disappear in my 👂?

I used isobut because it is the only one available and my ears were actually ringing after I used two bottles in three months. My ears are randomly popping after using and settle down afterwards or overnight to no echo or ringing. After this, I used last of the buta-nit amy/ night and it popped again after use, and I switch back to ToF 🖍️🟥 and it qas amy/ nitr- and it was really, really good I shot three ropes and felt like heaven. After gooning I still hear wind sounds but my 👁️ s!ght is normal and I can hear crying people 300m away, conversations, and walking and honking properly but the wind effect and popping and ringing is slightly there.
