What isn’t Love?
Love is locking eyes and being mesmerized that you’ve felt you’ve known this person your entire life, not about them, but their soul intertwining yours. Ivy wrapping around your heart that didn’t know but does then what it has hoped and dreamt for before your mind even comprehends. To feel their embrace and nothing is unnatural, if awareness comes it is in a form of butterflies. You can’t understand fully what is happening.
It is magical. Words do not have to be said. Communication is there and it’s only a language spoken by two. It is an obsession, a mutual one, it is more than looks and smarts, and interests. It is the sparks. The rest aligns. It is like you’ve found your one safe spot in this brutal world.
I have experienced it once younger. Flings with sparks fizzling and never to a magnitude to keep my attention long. I thought I had again. And that is where I’m led with confusion. Because I know how humans can be. But what is hard to shake about this. If it was true indeed. I’d like to know.
