Stuff on Rice 🍚

In Japan we have a whole category of dishes called Don 丼 for dishes where its just stuff put on rice, but it's certainly not just a Japanese thing.

I'd love to know what kind of stuff you all like to put on your rice, and if it's from a specific culture pleasse do share!
