Unable to rotate images to crop them

I just set up my S26 Ultra and I wanted to ask if they removed the rotate image function. It used to be a dial wheel under the image on my S24 Ultra, but it's gone now, and I can't find it anywhere else except in their AI tool that requires you to generate more background. Can we now only rotate images by 90 degrees?
