Do entry-level ADA jobs require summer experience + crim classes?

HELP: Professional Development

Hi all. I'm a rising 3L at a t14, and as I was going through my 2L summer job (private law firm, transactional) I had a sort of an epiphany and am now wanting to go for an ADA job. My concern is that I don't really have any summer jobs or classes to show my interest. I did spend my 1L summer at a firm that did alot of arbitrations but only on the civil side. For more competitive offices (ie. Manhattan), am I completely out of luck? Thanks for any input/advice!
