How strict is the attendance in UG?

Since July 28, I’ve only been able to attend one class properly, and after that, I’ve been getting sick back to back with this damned cold that just won’t go away. Can anyone tell me if I absolutely shouldn’t skip these classes and should go anyway, or can I relax until the 15th? Please answer🫠
