Is it true that Tongue Point currently has no AB instructors? (Already have TWIC and MMC)

Leaving for tongue point August 25th and read a comment on here that they only give out basic certs, I already have my TWIC and MMC but just couldn’t get on with any company so applied to the job corps, will I not be able to get an AB cert through them?
