Nee duplicate key made

Helllo again! I need to make a duplicate key for my 79 300d. I have taken it to two key cutters (actual locksmith people) and they say they cant. Who do i go to? Its an ilco. I can find ilco blanks but i need it cut. Im in Los Angeles if that helps. Thank you!
