Data transfer from Xbox to Steam (Metaphor:ReFantazio)

I played Metaphor: ReFantazio while it was on PC gamepass and it instantly became my favourite JRPG. Unfortunately, with around 35 hours of progress, it got removed from PC gamepass. I wishlisted it on steam because I knew I would 100% buy it as soon as I saw it on a nice sale and it's now 60% off.

I'm wondering if its possible to transfer my existing data from Xbox onto Steam. I'll still buy the game regardless, but I'd rather actually finish the game once before I do a replay.
