Wireless AAA rechargable batteries?

So I’m trying to improve my motorised LEGO trains for my LEGO city layout. The problem with the LEGO train motors and battery boxes is that they constantly run down the charge of the batteries in them even when not in use. What I would really like would be a pad that I can put underneath the tracks which can remotely recharge the batteries while they’re still in the train so that I never have to change them out (or at least, only every few years rather than taking them out and putting them back in every time I use it).

Does anyone know of something like this? Or even a wireless charging USB power pack that I could plug a USB battery eliminator into? I’m open to suggestions.
