Updating of civil status

Hi, need help on how to proceed. I’m updating my civil status from Single to Married. Spouse is currently working as freelance. In the 1905 form, which employment status should I check for my spouse? Engaged in Business/Practice of Profession? Then should I just leave the Spouse employer name and employer TIN as blank?
