At what point is this stalking?

Cameras in house

Ive lived with some people for a while now and have a small child in the home and other children are in the home as well, The child is only 3 and gets blamed for everything constantly. The older children act out,yell scream,mess up & do just about whatever they want however they want but my child gets blamed for everything. I always redirect my child and make sure he understands what he does is wrong he understands and will almost always calm down. Recently the people I stay with have decided to get video cameras to which I'm assuming is to watch my child while all the other children still never get in trouble for what they do. They watch these cameras constantly as long as he's in the house which is fine no one is hiding anything so there's no real reason for concern other than the fact that the other children are still able to destroy everything and never get in any kindve trouble what so ever. My child gets blamed constantly for stuff he don't even really do and when they're told to watch the cameras and see it wasn't my child the situation gets dropped. Anytime my child does do something and they know it's my child I get threatened with eviction or my child gets talked down to and or treated different while again the other children are allowed to destroy whatever they want. The first option would be to leave which I'm trying to do but it's not so easy even if it's just me up in the house they still watch the cameras for whatever reason so I guess my question is what are my rights and what can I do? There's even people who don't live in the home that have access to said cameras and also constantly watch which really gives me the creeps as I am a single 30 yr female any suggestions on how to protect myself and my son would be appreciated. I don't know about wiretapping laws or video recordings but I'm about positive they are also recording conversations.
