Interview with Zara, get stuck for the first 4-5 mins, reconnecting mode.

I have been trying to interview for the past couple of weeks

Moment I lauch the interview it glitches and gets stuck. The right corner shows reconnecting.

I have checked my internet connection, while it was reconnecting I ran a speed test as well. No problem there.

Also, i shared a screenshot with the support twice but no reply.

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues.
