Thoughts on Windy Weather for Bonfire Mid-August Ocean Beach

i want to have a bonfire with the pits at ocean beach this sunday and I am scared it will be too foggy and windy, like blow away all the chairs and tables and food I want to bring for friends. I was thinking bring a volleyball net, spikeball, board games but feel like sand will fly everywhere Thoughts?
