Review this heat pump water heater quote? (Rhode Island)

Hi all

This community has been really helpful with quote review. I'm going with this company for mini-split install - they were far and away the best price for that. Now considering heat pump water heater with them.

My qs:

1. Should i get a heat pump water heater now or is the tech / price likely to get better in the next few years? These rebates are likely to disappear in RI. My existing electric water heater works but is 10 years old (12 year life span). I could wait, but it could also die tomorrow.

2. Any/all thoughts on the LG water heater and this price.

3. I've read you should get 80 gallon if you want to use the heat pump only function. Because we're two people they quoted us 58 gallon. Any/all thoughts on this!
