"Application Not Found" Error in Windows

I moved the EXE file from one to another place and this message appears when I use context menu shortcut.

So I wanted to save the picture that it's in clipboard like when I take screenshot in MonkeyType website it doesn't save as picture instead it saves in the clipboard and using MS paint method of saving picture is too clunky, because MS paint doesn't know the picture resolution of the picture in clipboard (I mean if the picture is smaller than MS paint blank canvas, it will appear as with white huge void if the picture is bigger than the default canvas, it will automatically adjust) So I found the software called "PasteIntoFile" from GitHub, I downloaded that software double clicked the EXE file and it asked adding paste into file in the context menu in registry or something I clicked yes, the context menu shortcut works normally as long as the EXE file isn't moved to another directory
