Tips to face against Green Kenpachi/Deck counters?

Like the title suggests, I'm looking for deck counters to Green Bleach Kenpachi/Toshiro or just tips and advice on how to face off against it. I'm somewhat new and my local league has suddenly become PLAGUED with that deck and i am just at a sudden loss at how I can face off something like that? please help! thank you!
