Please help!!

Soooo I've been sober off meth for months but while I was cleaning I found an old plate with just a little meth on it. I couldn't help myself I snorted what was on it, which was not even half a line and only gave me a tiny buzz. (Not worth it at all 😭😭)

Anyway I did this Monday at around noon. I have a visit/ua with my P.O Friday at noon. Will I be okay?? I've been drinking a gallon of water a day.

I wont let this happen again It was just in front of me and in the moment I was weak, and I let myself down. Please no judgement and thank you for any honest answer
