Chat GPT Plus worth it??

Long story short, been in the business for almost 6 years with a large team. This will be my first month as self producing. With the large team we had basically all the tools at our disposal. Now I have nothing.

What are some ways I can use GPT plus and is it worth it?

Obviously not any client info in there but idea was to make something like mortgage coach or MBS hwy for the time being for presentations.

TIA!
