Am I destined to just be alone forever

41 f single and super recently diagnosed with pulmonary artieral hypertension. From everything I can find it says I have about 15 to 20 years. Possible heart or lung transplant but with my health the way it currently is (morbidly obese) I'd never get approved to be on the list.

Rewind 6 months ago and was actively on dating apps and they're horrible. For everyone not just an overweight woman. I had plenty of options but mostly just for sex I'm sure as to that being part of the reason I lost interest.

Now being diagnosed with an illness that is just going to get progressively worse, I can't imagine being able to find someone. I mean who would sign up to be with someone who gets winded at the smallest of activities and has a shelf life?!

Anyone else in a similar boat?
