[CHAT] Finishing off bookmarks

Hi,

I cross stitched a bookmark and am wondering what fabric you'd recommend to back it for functionality and aesthetics.

I have standard felt but it seems like it would make it a bit thick. Is there something better? I'm willing to spend money, this was for an art exchange (I got a double knit scarf) and the recipient is a big reader so it'll get used.
