Stopped - surgery on Friday

Last hit yesterday. Circulation issues so I want to heal first. Got the vape in another room.

Been smoking for 50 years. Felt a little sleepy- took a nap. Bored. Amazed at how my mind is sharper. Did carts for the last few years, about 8 hits a day.

Quit for 9 days a month ago. Lost my appetite (great) and started dreaming again (awful.)
