New battle pass hack mechanic

I see this new hack mechanic in the battle pass and was very excited. But now im confused. I was told that I can swap it for shop and loot box skins to swap the battle pass legendary. But im a Zen main and all we have for the hack tier switches are not what I expected? Like I expected it would be able to swap the Cassidy for a Kaiju zenyatta or the moria for a orisa skin but neither of my mains are in the rotation or the battle pass?

So will the skins change? Or are we stuck with this pool of switches for the weeks till mid season?
