Where's our dinosaur game?

There was one random newspaper clipping in TNO talking about some scientist who had made a breakthrough in cloning prehistoric life, with potential military uses being thought of. I've never been able to stop thinking about it. BJ on some remote island facility fighting genetically modified cyber-raptors would be the greatest game of all time. It would be a fantastic TOB style standalone expansion.
