Augment Inquiry

Hello hunters, needing your expertise here as I'm not familiar with augment and what should I choose. Been running around to MR 40, DBs most of the time w 7 crit and wex 3. Any suggestions to take, I can freely switch to any elemental DBs as I crafted most of tier 10s and 11s except for the elder DBs. This is for iceborne btw.
