Will Kemp in Seeking Persephone

I finally saw the series 'Seeking Persephone' - It wasn't done by Hallmark; but it felt like the plot of the first season of Bridgerton (i.e. the scowly yet hot duke) meets Beauty and the Beast on a 1980s Hallmark budget.

In the first episode, Will Kemp played the absent-minded father where he clearly had a blast. The rest of it felt like something Hallmark would have made recently (see its Sense & Sensibility remake or any of its period time travel dramas) or even 20 years ago.

So, if you haven't gotten enough of Will Kemp and want a fun, wholesome period drama in the style of Jane Austen meets Beauty and the Beast, then this is for you ;)
