EY Parthenon First Round Interview Coffee Chat?

I had my recruiter call last week and scheduled my first round interview with a senior director which she calls a virtual "coffee chat." This interview will be for 45 minutes. Does anyone know what it entails? Is it entirely behavioral and why consulting/why EYP?
