Looking for payment options: Chinese solo‑dev, no passport, selling SaaS to US small business owners

I’ve built a SaaS tool and I’m planning to charge customers. My target users are small‑business owners in the US.

I’m an individual developer based in China, and I don’t have a passport. That rules out many common platforms.

Are there any workable payment platforms I can use in this situation?
