EV Mechanics and Charging in Santa Cruz?

Hi I'm looking into buying an electric car and am hoping to get some advice if you drive an EV. Which mechanic or dealership do you go to when you need a repair or to get serviced? Also I've heard people in other regions complain about public chargers either being broken a lot of the time or having to wait in long lines for a turn to charge, so I was wonder what people's experience is public charging in Santa Cruz? Thanks
