Questions about C&C cages

Hi all,

I am gearing up to buy a 2x5 C&C cage for my 2 (potentially 3) girls. I have cats and dogs, so I need a lid.

I love the open C&C cages for what they offer, like climbing onto furniture etc, which one of my girls loves to do.

So I have some questions:

How do you hang water bottles? Most seem to stick up higher than the top of the square panel.

How do you provide climbing activities with a lid on?

If you have a C&C cage with a lid, could you please share pics so I can get an idea of what I am working with?
