Weird sensor issue

So my ev6 is having a weird back up sensor issue. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I'm reversing and it starts off with an error, then it fixes itself and operates as normal. Has anyone experienced this? I've been reading up on sensor issues and it might just be a bad 12v battery. I checked the voltage and it's at 12.6v (lead acid).
