Upper Ivy or Vox

Toured both and really like the energy and people aspect which I found the other CC apartments lacking. I work from home so it’s isolating if there’s no spaces to meet/see ppl.

Any insight into what you love or don’t to help me make a decision is appreciated! Or even what side of apartments to avoid as these are big buildings i’m sure not all sides are same and some are quieter

I really hate any type of roach mold problem, long time to address maintenance requests, garbage in hallways, loud noises from apt floors above or loud noises inside apt like bad fridge or AC unit. These are more deal breakers for me.

I’m okay with issues like fobs not working or intermittent fire alarms.

Trying to stay long term to avoid moving a lot so want to make sure i really love the place
