Timeout was reached issue with a majority of programs

I've been having issues with using pop_os due to personal wifi issues I've been having in the house i live. I can't move the desktop as it has to be where I am located and I can't move the router either.

This is a fresh install of the OS after finally being able to leave Windows 11, and I'm unwilling to go back. Are there any suggestions you folks have?
