Inpatient Hospice Nurse as a New Grad

I just graduated nursing school and passed my NCLEX last month. I will be having an interview with an inpatient hospice facility soon. What questions should I ask? What pay should I expect? What should I expect while working this position. Any advice will help.

S.N. I do have experience as a CMA and with hospice since I’ve worked at an assisted living facility with majority of our residents on hospice.
