day 6 post op aching jaw pain

hello!!

i had all 4 (1 impacted) of my wisdom teeth out last Thursday. they didn’t even tell me which one was impacted but i am going to assume it was my bottom right because i have this continuous aching pain in my jaw. the pain meds aren’t really working but i have no swelling, no signs of a dry socket besides this ache. i also feel like it gets worse around night time. i haven’t missed any of the antibiotics they gave me and have been on top of my Tylenol and Advil even though it’s done nothing.

I have been icing my jaw these past 6 days and I feel as if it’s only helped with the swelling. Does anyone have tips for this aching is this normal?? Or should I call the surgeon back who clearly didn’t give me enough information.
