Idk how to stop..

I have been a hypersexual for almost 10 years and I have only told one person, she just turned it into a joke.. so I am telling a bunch of strangers I guess to try and take its power away?

I watch porn in every shape and form, and do stuff to myself. I don't know how to stop, and I feel so gross.
