Globally Available Gorgon Point Ryzen 40(9) Series Without XDNA NPU

Found this interesting earlier today.

[AMD lists Ryzen 5 439 and Ryzen 7 449: Gorgon Point appears without Ryzen AI branding and a specified NPU](https://www.igorslab.de/en/amd-lists-ryzen-5-439-ryzen-7-449-gorgon-point-without-ryzen-ai-branding-npu/)

They appear to be the Gorgon Point 440 and 450 respectively where the die fabrication didn't make specs requiring an NPU delete and a reduction in processing/graphics boost clocks. Will be interesting to see where and when these turn up.
