Can Etsy shadow ban shops? If so, what do I do?

So I’ve had my shop for over a year now and everything was going great! Orders were slowly rising and were at an all time high at the start of this year. Then finals came around and I ended up missing a couple of shipping deadlines and I stopped posting sales for a while and now my shop has a max of 15 views a day. btw before that it was like 50 a day.. I do commissions so i dont need a lot of orders, just one or two a month is great but now I have literally zero and it’s summer break so I wished this time of month would have not been a total desert! Do you guys think I got shadowbanned, or maybe Etsy reduced my visibility? I’ve been consistent with my shipping and my customer satisfaction is high, and I put up sales again, I don’t know what to do so any help and advice would be great! (I also set up adds right now, so hopefully that helps a bit)
