Adderall and pregnancy

Anyone here live in SC and we're approved to take Adderall during their pregnancy? How did the hospital handle this during delivery and after? My obgyn and psychiatrist approved me to continue taking 5mg of my addrerall during pregnancy but I decided to go off of it at 29 weeks due to not working and figured I could power through.
