What do you guys think about this situation?

I have a habit of gooning to older men. Some of my best orgasms have been to the younger / older dynamic. So once I turned 18, I hopped on Grindr and found some older men. My experiences with them weren't satisfying, and I got a lot of guilt afterwards. I even had a nightmare about having sex with an older man. So now I'm conflicted of wether or not I'm even into older men IRL.

That's not the issue, though (but I would like advice on what you guys think).

So, it's kinda weird that they did, but my parents put SafeSearch on my phone and blocked some pron sights. I'm 19 and figured they wouldn't care what I jerked it to once I became an adult. I never came out to my parents, but it's pretty obvious. My actual dad (who I have a normal relationship with) recently hasn't been looking me in the eye and has been avoiding me. I tried to have a normal conversation with him, but it was super awkward.

In short: I think my dad saw I was into "Daddys," and things are awkward now. What do I do?
