GPU clearance gamble

Hello, for some context I have a pre built gaming computer from cyber-power that I've upgraded before in the past. I've tried to look for the case and it's like it's lost media or something lol. but any ways I want to buy the RX 9070 XT Red Devil and fit it into this mid tower case that I've measured out to have about 360-380 mm of GPU clearance I want to ask if this is an ok idea since I want to buy the card now instead of waiting another week to buy a new case which ill probably do any ways. (red devil is 340 mm)
