Dronebreaker Vex

I feel like the biggest dumbass lol

I just booted up Bl4 after 6 months. I'm trying to get back in with Vex [lvl54] using the most op builds such as "dronebreaker." However, I don't understand crap about how it quadruple dips and bla bla bla...

I copy the build as best I could with weapons i could find and the triple bypass. But, I'm still not outputting anywhere near the millions, lol. Max, I'm doing about 100k.

Can someone give me the step-by-step gameplay in order to achieve the high dps output?
