How do you handle dry spells after kids?

My husband and I are going through what I would call a dry spell I guess. Our kids are 4 and 11 months and lately hes just.. not into it. Like not even trying. I get it, he’s tired, I’m tired too and it’s easier to just not do it but it’s coming up on over a month now and I don’t know where to go from here.
I’m not the most sexual person in the first place and every time I try to initiate I’ve been getting turned down and it really sucks. He’s putting in zero effort.
I don’t even know the purpose of this post. Solidarity I guess. Maybe some encouragement that it’ll come back eventually 🥲
