WIBTA for giving my birthday list

Throw away account because I more of a lurker on my main. My bf and I have been together for about 6 months and our birthdays are coming up. Our birthdays are only a week apart so we have been discussing what we want. The problem is we always talk about what he wants but he never asks what I want. I think he wants to surprise me but I hate surprises and I want very specific things. Not anything expensive or inaccessible but definitely specific. Would I be in the wrong for giving him a list of specific ideas of what I want. I don’t want to sound demanding or ungrateful but I dont want him to buy me something I won’t like. The things I want are not things he would think to get me (a particular hand cream, perfume, niche brands, etc.). Please let me know your thoughts and if I am overthinking this😖
